2 serves

2potatoes
2 tbspSabudana or Flour
as per tasteSalt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspCoriander leaves
As neededOil to roast or shallow fry the potato cake

Wash and peel off the potatoes

Now grate them and add all the spices plus flour
3

Now grease the oil in non-stick pan
And now take a portion of the potato mixture and roll them and tap in the pan and add oil surrounding the cake and flip them into golden colour

You can serve them for breakfast with Chutneys or ketchup
