  • Pakora batter
    Pakora batter
  • Marination
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
    Roasted Garam Masala My version
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  • Frying
  • Oil for frying as required

    Make pakora batter follow the link below,

    Add Chicken wings in a pan then add all spices and mix well,

    Marinat for 5 to 10 minutes and cook in steam for 5 minutes,
    Let it cool,
    Add the wings in pakora batter,

    Coated the batter nicely and fry on medium heat until tender and golden,

    Serve with chutney and salad.
