Ingredients

8-10 minutes
1 person
  1. Egg (3 to 4)
  2. Fresh yo (or any other drink/milkshake/tea/coffee)
  3. Salt/maggi (to taste)
  4. Vegetable sauce
  5. Onions
  6. Seasonings to taste
  7. Carrot (if interested)
  8. Groundnut oil

Steps

8-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Break the egg in a bowl. Add the maggi or salt and seasonings. Cut the onions and (carrot if interested)
    (5 minutes)

    Add the onions and carrot in the egg (1 minute) and mix

    Pour a little quantity of groundnut oil in the frying pan and pour the mixed egg inside when it is hot (2 minutes)

    Put it a plate when it is fried

    Serve with vegetable sauce and drink/tea/milkshake, etc.
    Can be served with boil egg if interested.
    Can be eaten with bread also and/or pap
