Sieve the flour, transfer it to a bowl. Add in oil, salt and mix well. Pour water gradually to make a dough. Then, add black seed and mix. Keep for 10-15mins.

Grate the boiled potatoes, add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Rub some oil in your hand and make a shape.

Take some dough, sprinkle some flour, place the dough and roll thin. Place the potato mixture and cut. Roll it and apply some flour mixture (1 tbsp flour+1 tbsp water) to seal the edge.

Fry in medium heated oil. Done and serve!
