Nigerian Breakfast Scrambled Wara (tofu) in Obe-Ata w/ Plantain

This is a Nigerian Vegan breakfast I put together as my Nigerian cooking sauce features in the May edition of Vegan Life magazine as one of their favourite products of the month. I Vegan Life Magazine, there's an article called Vegan Breakfasts from Around the World...so here is my contribution, Nigerian Vegan Breakfast.
Wara is made of soya beans grown in Nigeria and is eaten in various parts of the country and cooked in different ways, it is especially popular coated in eggs and fried.
Coming up with this recipe was fun to create as It's so tasty with Obe-Ata from Toyin's Kitchen is sucha versatile base cooking sauce. You can create this Vegan breakfast too. It only took 20 minutes and tasted so good!
I will upload a video of how to buy, prep and cook fried plantain soon.
You can buy your jar of Obe-Ata from Toyin's Kitchen online by visiting our online shop at www.toyinskitchen.co.uk
