Vegetable Sandwich with Avocado cream

First to make the avocado cream
Scoop out half avocado
Put it in a blender and add 1 pod of garlic.
Churn them both
Add 1 tbsp curd to it and a pinch of saltNow once again churn everything together to make a thick paste.

Take a nonstick pan and add 1 tsp butter
Once it’s hot place boiled potato slices and paneer slices too.
Turn once when it’s a little brown from one side. - 3
Take them out on a plate when done from both sides and sprinkle some salt and pepper on paneer, potato, capsicum, and tomato slices too.

Take bread slices (you can toast them too)
Apply avocado cream on two slices and place fried paneer and potato slices

Place crunchy capsicum and tomato slices too on both. You can sauté capsicum slice too.
