Season the roast with salt, pepper and onion powder to your liking.

Pour 12 oz beef broth in the instant pot and add the roast

Sprinkle the au jus packet on the roast and in the broth, gently mix

Add 1/2 cup of water on the top

Cook for 65-75min high pressure with approx 30 min NR. Shred beef when done

Strain the broth from the pot into a container to use for dipping
- 7
Butter inside top piece of hoagie bun and add garlic powder. Add beef to sandwich with Provolone and bake 5 to 10 min at 350 to crisp buns slightly and melt cheese
