Arabic Mutabbaq with Spring Rolls

This one is an authentic Mutabbaq with Mutton Mince, Eggs and Cheese, all three of them with a few spices. And this also has Spring Onions too. Absolutely delicious and delectable. Done with Spring Roll Leaves or Wrappers, these are with a little twist. Instead of the regular dough that's used and rolled as thin as possible, here iam presenting the Mutabbaq with Spring Rolls. Iam sure you will love it. This is the only difference. The whole process becomes a way lot easier with these lovely store bought Spring Roll sheets. And it's awesome in texture. Done in a jiffy, these are crispy and crunchy with lipsmacking filling inside. They are good on their own but can be served with some Lemon juice squeezed on top and less spicy Green Chillies too. Or better still our good old Kissan Tomato Ketchup.

Steps
- 1
First of all, let me tell you all that each Roll or Wrapper has to cut from the centre after all ready. This way you get 2 Mutabbaq from 1 Spring Roll.
- 2
In a kadai, heat Oil and saute Onions until light golden in colour. Add garlic paste or mince and the rest of the spices mentioned including Mutton Mince. Mix well and even add chopped Coriander Leaves too. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes. After done, remove the lid and stir fry until dry and done. Adjust Salt if required. Let it cool down a bit. Add Cheese now. I have used shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
- 3
Next is to add both the Eggs to it. Mix well and proceed with the next step. Spread the Spring Roll sheet. Add the prepared Mince mixture. Fold from the sides once and then fold them again as seen like envelopes.
- 4
Grease a tawa and arrange them as possible. Cook on one side and then flip over to cook on the other side too for 2 minutes each on a side. Cut from the centre into two and relish them as it is or with Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy!
