Take a pan and heat it and add peanuts, 1 ટેબલ સ્પૂન of cumin seeds, sesame seeds, green chilles, dry red chilles, ginger, black peppercorns and roast it and let all the moisture dry and peanuts get roasted too

Take another Kadai, now add oil and once oil is done add cumin seeds, slit green chillies, curry leaves and finely chopped potatoes and on slow flame let it cook

Once potatoes get cooked then add tomatoes and let it cook well. Now

Now take roasted peanuts and other ingredients and grind it coarsely and mix it with soaked sabudana, add salt and sugar and mix well.

Now mix this mixed sabudana with fried potatoes and mix well on low flame and add lemon juice and mix well.

Now you can cover and cook well. once done add finely chopped coriander and serve.
