Boil milk adds sugar. Dilute CMC powder cornflour and GMS powder in a 1/4cup cold water and mix in a milk stir cont on a slow flame 7-8min. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.

Transfer milk mixture to an air-tight container. And keep in a freezer to set ice cream base for 6-8hrs.

After 8 hrs. take base ice cream in a big vessel add milk powder n beat with electric beater 7-8min. Again transfer in an airtight container. Keep in a freezer to set for 4-5 hrs.

Take another air-tight container to sprinkle the black currant jelly powder in a container spread melted white plain ice cream evenly again sprinkle citrus blue jelly powder and spread plain ice cream now spread strawberry jelly powder again spread ice cream evenly lastly sprinkle mango jelly powder.

Close the container and keep it in a freezer for 10-12hrs or the whole night. Ice cream is ready.

Take a serving plate and scoop ice cream. Yummy delicious colorful Ice cream is ready to serve.
