Jowar Bhakri and pithla

For Jowar bhakri - Take a big parat add one tsp salt n one big bowl jowar flour Add lukewarm water into it.

And make a soft dough heat the tawa take a small portion of dough n make similar four balls.

Take a parat sprinkle some dry Jowar flour n make a bhakari with the help of Your palm n keep the bhakri into the hot tawa grease with upper side water,

And cook both the side, When bhakri is puff, remove from the tawa n make all the bhakri into the same process now our bhakri is ready to serve now we make Pithla.

For Pithla - take a one bowl gram flour add water in to it n make a batter for pithala, take all the ingredient together, Chopped one onion, one tomato, one raw mango, some spring onion, some Coriander leaves, 4 to 5 green chilli some curry leaves, heat the kadhai pour 3 tbsp oil.

If oil is hot add Cumin seeds n mustard seeds n saute for a minutes add chopped onion, green chilli n spring onion, curry leaves salt n cook till the onion colour change.

Add ginger garlic paste chopped tomato n mix it well n cook for a minutes.

Now add chopped raw mango N mix it add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,

Mix it nicely n cook for 5 minutes, now add gram flour batter liter water n chopped coriander leaves n cooked another five minutes.

After 5 minutes our Pithla is ready to serve now our village style very delicious and tasty and yummy Jowar Bhakri n pithla. (पिठलं ज्वारी भाकरी) is ready to serve serve hot in a serving plate,

And enjoy hot with onion slice, lemon n chilli it is very authentic dish in western Maharashtra you can try this,
