Steps

Wash n cut from both ends.Then slit from the centre.

Heat 2 tbsp oil add bhindi and half tsp turmeric,one tsp red chilli powder,garam masala, sabji masala & salt stir well.

Cook on low flame with out lid.It will take 3 to 6 min.then off the flame and transfer this in a plate.

Then in the same kadai add left over oil.Then coarsely blend onion and add it in the kadai.

Cook this onion till brown then put chopped tomatoes.Also add little salt,red chilli, turmeric powder.

When tomatoes cooked properly add roasted bhindi. Combine well off the flame.Transfer this to a serving plate garnish with tomatoes.
