Ingredients

  • For batter
  • 1/2 cupchoppedvegetables (onion,red, yellow, green capsicum)
  • 3 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspjowar flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2roasted jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspdhanya jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • Pinchajwain
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 tspoil
  • For making chilla
  • 2 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make a thick batter

    Heat the tawa apply ghee

    Put 2 tbsp of batter and spread it thick

    Cook it on both sides with ghee on medium flame
