Ingredients

  • Boiled yam
  • Scotch bonnets
  • Onions
  • Seasoning
  • Cooked Fish fillet or beef
  • Oil for frying
  • Eggs for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Smash yam till soft

  2. 2

    Grind the beef or fillet into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, add smashed yam, scotch bonnet puree, chopped onions, seasoning to taste, fish fillet or beef and mix well.

    Mould into balls

    Dip in eggs and fry in oil till golden brown
