Makhana Rice Phirni

Take a deep bottom pan, add milk, boil it at low flame. Keep boiling.

Take a mixer jar, add makhana, grind it, keep aside.

Wash, soak rice in water for 30 minutes, keep aside.

Let the milk become a Lil thick. Now add in makhana & rice, give a stir.

Cook it till phirni becomes a lil thick.

Blend it with a hand blender, blend the phirni for 5 minutes.

Now add condensed milk, give a stir. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Add Elaichi & kewra water, mix it well.

Switch off the flame, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes.

Serve it with some dry fruits.
