For bati :- Take a large vessel. Add wheat flour, semolina, turmeric powder, curd, given quantity of oil. Add ground risks. Mix all the ingredients properly with the help of hands and Knead the dough with water.

Make 2 to 3 ball shapes and boil in water for 5 mins. Remove and cut in the shape of bati with the help of a knife.

Heat the oil in a pan. Deep fry the batis until golden brown.

Boil the dal by adding salt and turmeric powder. Grind and serve hot with bati.
