1 jarPasta sauce organic
to taste salt and pepper
to taste Italian seasoning
as neededolive oil

Skillet heat to medium,then a bit of olive oil

Put meat, break into small chunks

While cooking, Add Italian seasoning

When cooked, Now add entire sauce jar, put to low medium heat, mix well.

Taste see if needs salt, then pepper

Simmer 5 min, done
