Soy Milk Bread in a Silicone Steamer

I finally bought a silicone steamer that I've wanted for a while, and this is my first recipe using it. I made a simple steamed cake using easily available ingredients.
Try with chocolate, almond, banana, or any flavored soy milk. Add whatever toppings like raisins, jam or nuts. Recipe by A-moko

Steps
- 1
I used matcha flavored soy milk this time, and artificial sweetener instead of sugar, plus prunes for the topping.
- 2
Put all the ingredients except for the topping in a bowl and mix. Pour into a silicone steamer, and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
- 3
Scatter on the toppings. I chopped up 3-4 prunes.
- 4
Microwave for 3.5 minutes at 500 W. Leave to steam in residual heat, and it's done!
