Corn & Mayonnaise Buns with Broccoli

If the filling is only mayonnaise and corn, it seems like it's lacking vegetables...so I tried putting broccoli which contains plenty of vitamin C.
If the combined mayonnaise and corn is left for some time, it will get watery. So make sure you mix it right before forming the dough into shapes. Recipe by Maria358

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Separate the broccoli into florets. Place in a heatproof dish, and microwave for 30 seconds. Let them cool.
- 2
Drain the excess water from the corn and mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Put the 〇 bread dough ingredients into the bread maker and wait until the 1st rising is finished.
- 4
Transfer the dough onto a board which is dusted with flour, and press the air out. Divide into 4 portions, roll into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 5
Divide each ball into 1/3 and 2/3. Roll out the smaller balls into round shapes.
- 6
Shape the larger balls into batons. Roll them back and forth with your hands to make them thinner and longer.
- 7
Roll them out into thin long oval shapes.
- 8
Make 2 long cuts with a scraper, leaving both ends connected.
- 9
This is 1 set.
- 10
Twist the cut dough and make a circle. Make sure the seams don't show on the surfaces. Pinch the ends closed.
- 11
Place the twisted dough on top of the circle dough.
- 12
Put the combined corn & mayonnaise and the broccoli in the middle.
- 13
Allow the dough to rise (2nd rising) for 35 minutes at 38℃.
- 14

Potato and Mayonnaise Bread Rolls Potato and Mayonnaise Bread Rolls
If I am to melt cheese in potatoes, I have to use mayonnaise right? So I tried using mayonnaise. It turned out unexpectedly sweet and springy. I was able to feel the softness of the dough after adding in the mashed potatoes. Please refer to "Simple sliced bread (With extremely original kneading style )" for details on how to knead and baker's percentages. This dough will become difficult to handle if you knead it too much after adding in the mayonnaise, so add in the mayonnaise once it is mostly kneaded, blend it in overall, and gather it up, and it'll be okay. If you touch the dough too much after rising, then it will stick, so please sprinkle your hands with flour, and shape it up quickly. For 18 x 18 x 9 cm [7.1 x 7.1 x 3.5 in] newspaper square mold (refer to the "story behind this recipe" section.. Recipe by SALASA cookpad.japan -
