Ingredients

6 servings

1 cupall-purpose flour
1 cupsugar
1/4 cupoil
4eggs
1 tspbaking powder
1 tbspcocoa powder
1 tspessence
Icing sugar
Red cherries
Chocolate shavings

Blend together sugar,oil,eggs, essence.

Add in dry ingredients.fold well. Add cocoa powder in batter and mix gently

Pour batter in greased round mould and bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 min.insert toothpik to check.if it comes out clean then cake is done. Cool down completely

When cake is cooled.dust icing sugar generously over cake sprinkle chocolate shavings over and top up with red cherries.serve at this eid and enjoy with team zafran cookpad
