One Bowl/Pull Up Choco Walnut Cake
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare a 7'5 loaf pan by greasing with oil and place a piece of baking paper at the bottom.
- 2
In a bowl add the dry ingredients (Flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and sugar), whisk well.Add eggs, Vanilla extract and Oil.Whisk well until a smooth lump free batter forms. Don't whisk for a longer time.
- 3
Mix walnuts and chocolate chips into the batter. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake pan.
- 4
Tap the cake pan gently on the kitchen counter a couple times to release air bubbles. Sprinkle walnuts and choco chips on top.Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check for the doneness after the first 30 minutes of baking. Insert a sharp knife in the middle of the cake. The cake is ready if the knife comes clean. If not, bake for some more time, and then check again.
- 5
Cool the cake in the cake pan for 10-15 minutes and run a sharp knife around the edges of the pan and carefully remove the cake. Put it into a plate and let it cool for some time.
- 6
When it cools, slice serve and enjoy. (You can decorate it on top with whipped cream)
