Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil till tender.

B oi l,peel and dice potato.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Mix together all the spices with little water.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in cumin and garlic.

Saute for few seconds.

Add in gram flour and stir well.

Add in spice mix and tamarind.

Stir till oil floats on surface.

Add in potato and mix.

Add in chickpeas and mix.

Remove it from flame.

Add in all the vegetables and mix.

Serve straight away.
