3bananas
150 g (3/4 cup)sugar
70 g (1/4 cup)curd
100 g (1/2 cup)olive oil
310 g (2 cups)wheat flour
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
Pinchsalt
as required Chocolate chips

Blend chopped bananas and sugar

Add curd, olive oil and vanilla extract
3

Sieve and add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt and mix well
4

Add chocolate chips and fold the mixture gently. Add a few more on top
5

Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins at 180°C
