Ingredients

4 people
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 packetbiscuits of your choice
  • 1 teaspoonFlaxseed
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1.25 cupSugar powder
  • Halfcup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • as neededDry fruits (resins, almonds, fig, cashews)
  • 1 tea spooncoca powder and 1 teaspoon coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and half teaspoon baking soda
  • as neededVanilla essence

Steps

    1st soak flax seed in 4 spoon of water for half an hour,make paste of it in mixer

  2. 2

    Take a mixer jar, add oats, semolina, wheat flour, and one packet of biscuits and grind it.

  3. 3

    Take sugar and grind it in sugar powder.

  4. 4

    Take a cake pan in which you want to make a cake, spread butter paper in the buttom, grease it with oil and keep it at the side.

  5. 5

    Now, take another pan, add curd, oil, vinegar, flax seed's paste, cocoa powder, coffee. Then add dry mixture of wheat flour, oats, semolina and biscuits and sugar powder in it and add milk according to consistency and mix it well prepare a thick consistency but be careful about lumps.

    Add dry fruits, after that add half teaspoon baking good and baking powder and mix it once for activation.

  7. 7

    Now pour the cake mixture in the cake pan, set it and preheat the microwave for 2 minutes, now keep the cake mixture in the microwave and set it on microwave plus convection mode for 10 minutes.

    Now let it cool then keep it in freeze for 2 hour

    You can add sugar and chocolate cake for serving
