Baked Chicken and Vegetables with Miso

1. Cut chicken breast, broccoli, carrot, red onion and asparagus into bite-size pieces.

2. Put these ingredients into ziplock/plastic bag, and add tsp olive oil,2 tbsp miso, 1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp chili powder and rub it. Leave for 15 minutes.

Place in cooking tray and cook in oven at 400°F (200℃) for 20 minutes and serve onto a plate.
