Benefits of walnut are endless- good for brain, heart, digestive system, weight loss and the best- mood booster. Paneer comes with richness in protein, so this is a combination which is not only tempting, but also filling and healthy. #paneertikka #walnuttwists #stayhome #staysafe #sangitakalra
