Steps

Take one big bowl add maida and curd mix well and add water gradually so that no lumps will appear.

Take another heavy bottom pan to add sugar and water. Let it boil then add lemon juice and Kesar threads.

Take another flat bottom pan and heat the ghee. Take one piping bag snd to pour the mixture and make jalebi. A gas flame should be low to medium. When jalebi becomes golden in colour then transfer into sugar syrup for 30 40 seconds. Enjoy the instant and crispy jalebi.
