1 cuppuffed rice (kurmura)
1boiled and chopped potato
1chopped tomato
1/2chopped onion
1 slicechopped raw mango
1 tbsptamarind chutney
1 tbspgreen chutney
2 tbspnylon sev
1/2 tbsproasted chana
as per tastechat masala
1 tsplime juice

In a bowl first take all the ingredients except puffed rice.

Mix well.

Add puffed rice & mix well.

Serve in a serving dish... top up with nylon sev.. bhel is ready.
