Ingredients

30minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1/2 cupsuji/rava
  3. 1/4maida/all-purpose flour
  4. as per tastesalt
  5. 2 tbsphot oil to mix with flour
  6. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  7. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  8. leavesfew chopped curry
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. as requiredOil for the deep fry

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly in a mixing bowl take rice flour, rava, maida, chopped onions, chillies, coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, add salt as required, combine well..now Add 2tbsp hot oil and mix everything together well...

    Add water as required and prepare medium soft dough(apply little pressure, squeeze and prepare the dough)

  3. 3

    Take small ball size dough flatten it thin and round on greased palm and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy...prepare remaining vadas in the same manner, take out on the kitchen tissue to avoid excess oil, enjoy your delicious vadas with hot cup of tea
