Neer dosa is a traditional South Indian delicacy. In kannada Neer means water. Dosa which is made by adding more water. Its so light & soft. Its very good option for breakfast. It is called Ghavan in marathi.

Steps

Soak rice in water for four hours.

Remove water. Blend rice in mixer by adding water. Add salt.

Heat pan. Apply ghee or clarified butter on it. You may use oil instead of ghee.Batter should be more watery than our regular dosa batter. You add little more water while making dosas.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep dosas white in colour. You may cook another side of dosa for one minute. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
