Ingredients

30-40 mins
  • 1 lbfrozen broccoli
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper (or - optional see below)
  • 1 tsp(can season with cayanne pepper, chilli powder, garlic powder, etc instead, whatever you want)

Steps

30-40 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 240c/220 Fan/Gas Mark 9.
    Line an oven tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with your fingers.
    Transfer bowl contents to tray.

  3. 3

    Cook for 30-40 minutes until brown in spots and crispy.
    Check at 25 minutes.
