  1. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  2. 2 tbsplight sauce
  3. 2 tbspwater
  4. 1tpsp sugar
  5. 4-5 clovesgarlic
  6. red chilli padi
  7. spring onions
  8. brinjal

  1. 1

    Mix light sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water and chopped garlic together

  2. 2

    Steam brinjals for 5 min

  3. 3

    Add sauce and garlic to brinjal, steam for another 5 min

  4. 4

    Add spring onions and chilli on top, serve
