Ingredients

1/2 an hour
3 people
  1. 2Raw mango -medium size(peel and cut into long pieces)
  2. 2 tbsp Gram flour
  3. 21/2 cupsWater -
  4. 2 TbspOil-
  5. 1/4 tbsp Hing
  6. 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  7. 1/2 tbsp Carom seeds
  8. 1/4 TspFenugreek
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  10. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  11. 3/4 tbspSalt
  12. 1 tbsp Desi ghee
  13. 2Whole red chilli -
  14. 1 tbsp Mint leaves powder (dry) -

Steps

1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    Take a bowl,mix gram flour and water to make batter.Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a kadai or pan,add hing,cumin,carom seeds, Fenugreek, turmeric, red chilli powder (1/2 t.spoon.). Saute for 1 min.

    Add mango pieces into it and mix.Cover and cook for 5 min.or till the mango pieces become soft.

    Now add gram flour batter.Cook it for 8- 10 min.on low flame.Switch off the gas.

    Heat ghee in a tadka pan,add whole chilli,mint powder and red chilli powder.Remove from the gas.

    Pour this tadka over the mango kadhi

    Your mango kadhi is ready to serve.It tastes awesome with rice.
