Steps

Chopped green chilli & garlic & coriander & roast singdana & remove its skin.

Take oil in a pan & add garlic & sauté till the color changes to red.

Then add green chili & sauté for five minutes till chili are sauté properly
Add salt per taste. - 4
Now close the pan with lid & remove from gas & rest for 10 minutes.

Now take a chili cutter & add this mixture to it & make a paste.

Add coriander leaves & crush this mixture with the help of glass.

Now you can skip singdana if you not like it & your techa is ready to serve.

But if you like singdana then crushed in chili cutter & add in it & then crush with glass & your techa is ready.

Now store this techa in small plastic containers or glass containers whichever is available in your home
You can keep this in the refrigerator for 7 days & enjoy it with jowar bhakri
It tastes very spicy & if you like lemon add when you take in your plate a few drops of lemon juice
