Boil the pork bones (10 1/2 oz/300 grams) with water (6 1/3 cups/1500 grams) until boiling. For more tender meat, continue simmering; if the water reduces too much, add more as needed.

Add the curry paste and ground pork. Continue cooking until the pork is cooked through.

Add the soaked and softened dried cotton tree flowers, cherry tomatoes, and blood cake. Once everything is cooked, season to taste as desired.

Serve with khanom jeen noodles and pickled mustard greens. Enjoy!
