  2. Green chilli
  3. 1egg
  4. Salt
  5. Red Chillies

  1. 1

    Cut the tomatoes, scoop the pulp and seeds out.

    Break an egg, add salt & red chilli flakes. Mix it well

    Grease your pan, put tomato slices on it & sprinkle some salt. Cook them for one to two mins.

    Pour egg into each tomato & top with green chilli.

    When one side is cooked, change their side & cook them well
