Ingredients

  1. 250 gflour
  2. 200 mlwarm milk
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspyeast
  5. cardamon 1/2 ts
  6. unsalted butter
  7. Coconut powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix on the flour
    -sugar
    -coconut powder
    -cardamon
    - salt
    NB. keep it on the side

    On the warm milk
    -Add 1tsp of sugar
    -Add yeast and mix

    Keep it on the side for 5 minutes

    On the flour mixture add butter and mix together like bread crumbs, the add the milk mixture and knead till it becomes very smooth

    Cover the dough and leave it for 20 minutes at a room temperature to rise

  5. 5

    Cut the dough into round and donut shape
    - Cover again with a cling fill for 30 minutes in a room temperature and allow it to rise

  6. 6

    Fry in cooking oil and keep it on a side, you can garnish with icing sugar
    - serve with tea or coffee
