  2. coconut milk
  3. chicken thighs
  4. chili peppers
  5. Thai eggplant
  6. Thai basil
  7. fish sauce
  8. palm sugar

    Sauté the green curry paste with a little coconut milk until fragrant.

    Mix the remaining coconut milk with water and add to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then add the chicken.
