Ingredients

  1. 10.5 oz (300 grams)chicken breast
  2. 5Thai eggplants
  3. 7 oz (200 grams)young coconut shoots
  4. 1 tablespoongreen curry paste
  5. leavesThai basil
  6. Red chili peppers
  7. 1 box(about 13.5 fl oz/400 ml) coconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the Thai eggplants, young coconut shoots, red chili peppers, and chicken breast.

    Pour part of the coconut milk into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the green curry paste and chicken, then stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
