Firstly we have toh mix all the masala in dahi (take thick curd)

Then heat the mustard oil and put it in the mixture and mix it with spoon

Now add the panner cubes, simla mirch and pyazz in the marinate

Leave the marinate for 20 mins for good flavor

Then take out panner, pyaz and simla mirch and roast it on non-stick pan on medium flame

Once they are slightly brown in colour then take out on a plate add lemon and chaat masala and serve it hot
