250 gmilk
30 gsugar
300 gheavy cream
100 gcondensed milk

Mix the tea leaves, milk, and sugar together and bring to 65c and mix well.

Let the mixture cool down and put into fridge overnight or at least 8hrs.

Mix well together the chilled milk tea with heavy cream and condensed milk.
4

Churn the mixture in ice cream
