Wash ingredients
Grate the garlic and ginger
Chop your onion and tomatoes into small cubes
Set the pan with cold water slightly above the fish.
Add peeled matoke to the pan and set the fire to medium heat.
When The fish start simmering,add the finely grated ginger and garlic.
30min later add your tomatoes and onion and continue letting it simmer.
Add your 5piece spinach
Turn the fish to give the up side to cook.
Add your desired salt taste.
10min to.Add your coconut Milk.
Serve hot.
