Mix all the ingredients except butter. Knead into a soft dough with lukewarm water. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Apply oil on the surface of the dough. Cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes make small balls from the dough. Take one ball and roll it. Make an oval shape.

Turn the side and apply water with your hand. Place the wet side on the hot Tawa. When the bubbles start to appear, then turn the Tawa directly over the flame. Cook until brown spots are seen.
