These mini ice cream sandwiches are creamy and refreshing and totally satisfy my sweet tooth.

Crush 7-8 Oreo biscuits with a rolling pin. Keep it aside.

In a large bowl take 2 cups of Amul fresh cream. Beat the cream with a beater until it becomes smooth.

Add one cup of condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix gently. Then mix crushed Oreo. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold. Cover the mold with cling wrap. Keep it in the freezer overnight.

Now take some Oreo biscuits. Remove the cream from the biscuits.

Using a round cookie cutter, cut the ice cream into small pieces. Place the pieces of ice cream between the Oreos and Serve.
