Ingredients: 1 Canned whole tomatoes; 3 portions Chicken; 1/2 Onion; 20 grams Carrot; 4 Spinach or egg plants; 2 tsp Dashi stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder); 50 ml Water (or vegetable juice); 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Sugar; 1 tbsp Soy sauce; 2 tbsp White wine (sake); 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Ketchup; 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Soy milk (or milk); 1 dash Salt and pepper; 1 Plain flour; 1 small amount (Dried basil if you have any); 1 small amount (Olive oil if you have any)

1Canned whole tomatoes
3portions Chicken
1/2Onion
20 gramsCarrot
4Spinach or egg plants
2 tspDashi stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder)

1 smallamount (Dried basil if you have any)
1 smallamount (Olive oil if you have any)

Thinly slice the carrot in any shape you like (I thinly sliced it into rounds this time). Parboil the spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces. Finely julienne the onion and caramelize.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat with plain flour and fry in a frying pan (with some olive oil) until crispy .

Put the whole tomatoes, seasonings and all ingredients into a pot, and simmer.

When all ingredients are cooked through, check the taste. If it's the flavor you like, serve on a plate. It's done.
