Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupboondi
  • 11/2 cupwhisked chilled curd
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 11/2 spoonchhat masala
  • 2 spoonroasted cumin seeds powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredChopped fresh green coriander
  • 1/4 cupdrinking water or as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Cumbine curds add 1/4 cup water in deep bowl mix well add red chilli powder salt add dry roasted cumin powder chhat masala salt mix well add boondi fresh Coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Serve chilled.
    For soft boondi refrigeter raita for 15-20 min. then serve.
