Steps

In a pressure cooker, put cauliflower, peeled potatoes, beans, carrot and salt.Add water and cook for 3-4 whistle.Mash the vegetables with a masher.

Now in a mixie, add garlic, ginger and soaked red chilli and grind it.In a pan add butter and oil. Heat it. Add cumin, (Jeera), let it splutter, add chopped onion cook till it’s translucent.

Then add chilli paste, cook it for few seconds, add tomato purée to it. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and Kashmiri chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Cook till oil separate. After that add chopped capsicum, peas and corn. Stir and cook it with covered lid.

Now add boiled and mashed vegetables to it and cook. Cook for few minutes. Now in another pan, take butter, add Kashmiri red chili powder and pav bhaji masala. Pour it over the bhaji. Stir it.Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it with pav, chopped onion lemon and a dollop of butter. Enjoy!
