  2. 2fresh Chinese sausages, steamed and diced
  3. 4eggs
  4. Chopped green onions
  5. Minced garlic
  6. Seasonings: cooking oil, ketchup, chili sauce, annatto oil, seasoning powder, fish sauce, pepper, MSG

    Cook the Chinese sausage and dice it. Beat the eggs, fry until golden, and break them into pieces.

    Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon chili sauce, 1/2 tablespoon annatto oil, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and 1 teaspoon seasoning powder to the rice. Mix well to let the flavors absorb into the rice.

    Add 2 tablespoons oil to a pan. When the oil is hot, add 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the rice and fry.
