I wanted to make a simple fried rice dish with what I had in the kitchen.

-Frying the rice and the butter together will give it a deliciously crumbly finish.
-You can use bacon or ham etc. if you don't have sausages. For 2 adult portions and 1 child portion. Recipe by Kenkunno mama

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2bowls plus Cooked rice (warm)
  2. 1 canCanned corn
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. 1half Onion
  5. 3Wiener sausages
  6. 1 pinchSalt and pepper
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 2 tspButter
  9. 1Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mince the garlic and onion and cut the sausages into easy to eat pieces. Put the oil and garlic into a frying pan and fry until aromatic.

    Add warm rice and butter to the pan and fry. When it becomes crumbly, add the onion, sausages and the corn from the can minus the liquid. Fry it all together.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle the soy sauce from the sides of the pan and fry well.

    You're done!
