Steps
- 1
Heat up 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the margarine/butter in a frying pan. When the margarine/butter has melted, put the salmon in and pan-fry.
- 2
Remove the bones from the cooked salmon, and flake it.
- 3
Peel the potatoes and boil them. Drain well, and mash.
- 4
Heat up the frying pan again with 1 teaspoon of oil over a low heat.
- 5
Beat the egg.
- 6
Mix the flaked salmon and mashed potato together, divide into 4 portions, and form into patties.
- 7
Dip the patties into the beaten egg, and pan fry.
- 8
When both sides are brown, they are done. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
